Unfavourable events in the 2nd degree hypertensive patients with different level of anxiety, depression and cognitive disturbances
Abstract. The study included 201 patients with hypertension of the 2nd degree. The levels of depression, reactive and personal anxiety, cognitive disturbances were determined. The rate of depression of more than 11 points, elevated levels of reactive and personal anxiety, presence of mild cognitive disturbances were found to lead to an increase in cases of unstable angina pectoris, emergency calls, hospitalizations, hypertensive crises.
