Vegetative dysfunction syndrome as a marker of arterial hypertension in children
Abstract. Complex clinical and laboratory investigation was conducted in 50 children and adolescents with the diagnosis of vegetative dysfunction syndrome who were treated in Vitebsk children regional hospital. Hospital examination and treatment enabled the diagnosis of vegetative dysfunction syndrome of puberty in 10 patients (20%) and neurocirculatory dysfunction in 34 cases (68%). The diagnosis of arterial hypertension was made in 5 patients (10% from all examined children).
