Heterogeneity of allergy in children with bronchial asthma

Abstract.
The analysis of the allergic reactions role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma in children has been performed. The heterogeneity of these reactions, forming different phenotypes of asthma has been shown. The data about IgE-dependent and IgE-independent allergic reactions on the pattern of allergy to fungal allergens have been presented. Seven different types of immunodependent allergic reactions to fungal allergens both with the presence of IgE-antibodies in blood and in their absence with the participation of other isotopes antibodies and/or granulocytes and lymphocytes sensibilization have been revealed in patients with atopic asthma of mild and moderate degree of severity. It has been concluded that atopic asthma in children can be realized without IgE-dependent mechanism.
