Ранний артрит: актуальность, иммунопатология, диагностика

Резюме. В обзоре обобщены современные знания об иммунопатогенезе ранних артритов в контексте обнаружения специфических иммунологических изменений при раннем ревматоидном артрите. Проанализированы актуальные тенденции диагностики и дифференциальной диагностики ранних стадий воспалительного процесса в суставах, возможность использования и аналитические характеристики классификационных критериев ревматоидного артрита для ранних стадиях заболевания. Суммированы сведения о чувствительности и специфичности лабораторных маркеров при раннем ревматоидном артрите.
Ключевые слова: ранний артрит, ранний ревматоидный артрит, патогенез, иммуноглобулины, ферментативные свойства.
