Клинико-лабораторные особенности пациентов с псориатическим артритом

Резюме.
Псориатический артрит – хронический воспалительный асимметричный олигоартрит, или полиартрит с вовлечением позвоночника и энтезов, который может встречаться вместе с псориазом, или даже предшествовать появлению характерного для этого заболевания дерматита. В исследование включены 58 человек с псориатическим артритом. Контрольная группа – 26 здоровых людей. У лиц с псориатическим артритом сывороточный уровень аргиназы I, ФНО- , ИЛ-1, и ИЛ-6 статистически значимо выше, чем в контрольной группе; выявлена статистически значимая умеренная положительная корреляция ФНО- , ИЛ-1, и ИЛ-6 между собой. Выявлены проатерогенные изменения показателей липидного профиля. В группе с псориатическим артритом выявлено наличие корреляции между аргиназой I и активностью суставного синдрома (DAS, индекс Ричи), тяжестью поражения кожного покрова (индекс PASI); возрастом и ОХС, ТГ, ХС ЛПНП, ИА; ХС ЛПВП и показателями активности суставного синдрома (индекс Ричи, DAS28, DAS); ХС ЛПНП и длительностью заболевания.
