Helminthisms in pregnancy
Abstract. Helminths have a negative impact on the course of pregnancy and the state of the newborns. Helminthisms are accompanied by pathological changes in the organism of pregnant women, and contribute to the development of anemia, arterial hypotension, allergic reactions. Helminths invasion can cause early toxicosis, hydramnion, the threat of pregnancy termination and premature birth. On the examination of pregnant women ascariasis and enterobiasis are detected most often.
