Early arthritis: urgency, immunopathology, diagnosing
Abstract. In this review current knowledge about immunopathogenesis of early arthritis in the context of specific immunological changes detection in early rheumatoid arthritis is generalized. We have analyzed urgent trends in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of early stages of the inflammatory process in the joints, and the possibility to use classification criteria for rheumatoid arthritis and their analytical characteristics for early stages of the disease. Also we have summarized the data about sensitivity and specificity of laboratory markers for early rheumatoid arthritis.
