Abstract.
This article deals with the experience of realizing humanitarian and enlightening activity of Vitebsk State Order of People’s Friendship Medical University library in the context of humanitarian approach to the interpretation of the library mission. The usage of traditional and innovative forms of library work in practice is considered herein, the most interesting events arranged by it are also described.
