Abstract.
Objectives. To acquaint the reader with a modern, safe, inexpensive and effective way of detecting the connection between cystic formations of the liver and intrahepatic bile ducts.
Material and methods. The method described differs from the known one in that, after the drainage and aspiration of the contents, fibrogastroduodenoscopy is performed, an ozonized solution of 1% methylene blue with a bubbling ozone concentration of 40-60 mg / l is injected through the transhepatic drainage, and when a colored solution appears from the duodenal papilla revealed through the fibrogastroduodenoscope tube, the presence of the link between cystic formations of the liver and intrahepatic bile ducts is ascertained.
Results and conclusions. The method provides an increase in the accuracy of diagnosis by identifying the relationship of cystic formations with the surrounding bile ducts, and also enhances the bactericidal, antihypoxic, rheological and detoxifying effects of the ozonized dye solution. The proposed method is available for the implementation in practical medicine.
Key words: liver cysts, intrahepatic bile ducts, fibrogastroduodenoscopy.
