TSOV-4 methodology in the diagnosis of cognitive style of health care manager as a personal predictor of anti-corruption behavior

Abstract.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the cognitive styles of health care managers as possible predictors of anti-corruption behavior. Materials and methods included an anonymous socio-psychological examination using the Questionnaire for the cognitive style diagnosis, the sample made up 42 respondents. The results of the work with a high degree of reliability (p <0.0001) indicate the average values of field-dependence / field-independence among managers, which is optimal for the formation of anti-corruption competencies.
