Биосовместимость композиционных пломбировочных материалов

Резюме.
Композиционные пломбировочные материалы широко применяются в современной стоматологической практике. Полимеризация композита после постановки и отверждения пломбы является неполной: процент связывания мономеров для большинства материалов составляет от 55 до 75%. Непрореагировавшие мономеры и другие вещества, выделяемые из композиционных пломбировочных материалов в присутствии ротовой жидкости, могут оказывать негативное воздействие на организм человека. Многочисленные исследования сообщают о возможном цито-, гено-, эмбриотоксическом и мутагенном действии композитов, их способности оказывать эстрогеноподобный эффект, вызывать аллергические реакции у пациентов и персонала стоматологических клиник. Кроме того, установлено негативное влияние указанных материалов на пульпу зуба, а также их способность активизировать рост и развитие кариесогенной микрофлоры. Степень отрицательного воздействия композитов на организм зависит от химической структуры последних, их консистенции, а также соблюдения правил изготовления реставрации.
