The analysis of the evaluation of the professional orientation level of the junior medical students

Abstract.
Nowadays the role of practically oriented training in the preparation of future doctors and their orientation towards competences formation increases. The successfulness in the adaptation to the educational area of the university is also very important for the junior students. For the intensification of the adaptation process and helping the students to cope with all the difficulties of entry into a new social medium, for the establishment of intragroup relationships, readjustment to new educational forms of the junior students in accordance with the modern trends in higher professional training the tutorship system was created at the university in 2017. Every group of the first- and second-year students got a tutor of the number of the fourth-year – sixth-year students, characterized by their good and excellent academic achievements, active participation in the university social life.
To determine the directions of the staff members and tutors work with the purpose of adaptation and professional orientation of the junior students 430 first-year medical students and 435 second-year medical students were questionnaired. On the basis of this questionnaire results the plan of working with this category of students has been suggested.
